Job Overview
Provide high quality service to Global Custody Clients and their Asset Manager

Execution of the daily business such as settlement (DVP/RVP), stock exchange orders, fund subscriptions/redemptions, FX orders payment orders etc.

Coordinate client requests with internal organization (coordination between client, asset managers as well as various bank, internal & external stakeholder like corporate actions, coupons, tax, reporting, markets, etc.)

Handle AML clarification (check the background and plausibility of the transaction, document result of the alert, clarification in case of an alert, monitor transaction, retrieve copy of contract, validate incoming payment order, document purpose of payment order)

Initiate Account Opening (Input relevant data in CRM, start Workflows, Forward Workflow and all relevant documents to the respective department for further processing)

Coordination and execution of all pending onboarding activities (coordination with the customer and counterparties including diverse setups: e.g. control-tables, swift, mail delivery, interest / transfer)

Manage fee charging

Sales Activities: Acquisition new Clients, Coordination & execute cross selling with regard to UHNWI Service Offering, RFIs, RFPs

Full understanding and follow-up of the execution- and back office processes as well as the legal & compliance procedures

Independent handling of all account related matters and to ensure the correct administration of all client transactions

Actively manage the business risks and protect the banks reputation

Commercial apprenticeship or similar (any additional education is favorable)

At least 4-5 years work experience in Global Custody Account Management

Broad and deep Knowledge in Client Management (Delivery Instructions, Settlement, Corp. Actions, Coupons etc.)

Deep Knowledge of Banking / Finance and Global Custody

Basic Knowledge of Reporting

Customer focus and good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to set priorities and work under pressure

Team oriented personality (team player)

Solution oriented and willing to go the extra mile

Exact, methodical, well-structured and efficient approach as well as cross linked thinking skills

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (advanced level)
