Job Overview
Support coordination between deal teams, legal counsel, fund controlling and service providers on investment deal funding execution;
Review of investment deal closing schedules and allocate appropriate funding;
Process capital calls and distributions;
Calculate and prepare periodic investment fund invoices;
Relationship management across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders;
Active involvement in various projects and initiatives implementation;
Other ad-hoc and administrative duties.
3+ years’ experience in an accounts payable or in a payment process position;
Prior experience in a treasury function within fund management business is an advantage;
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) as well as strong interpersonal skills;
Deliver quality results and meet demanding deadlines during quarter ends while working under pressure;
Fluency in English a must, German and/or French is an asset;
MS-Office literacy.
