Job Overview

In the context of its bank-wide Agile Transformation, Julius Baer is looking for a highly motivated professional to work alongside the Head of Agile Transformation and drive change management for the programme

Lead change management activities which support Julius Baer’s Agile Transformation, working closely with the Head of Agile Transformation, Human Resources, Group Communications, Agile teams and stakeholders

Define the future state of the Agile culture vision

Create the change management approach for the transformation

Drive the overall change plan, set priorities and coordinate with stakeholders

Integrate change management into the transition approach and planning for teams moving to Agile; assess the need to provide support to existing Agile teams

Be the central coordinator for the Agile Transformation change and communication activities

Drive the mindset and behaviour shift of the organisation to support agile ways of working

Partner with the Group’s Internal Communications team on the Agile Transformation communication plan and activities

Collaborate with training and coaching teams to embed change and culture into leadership, team and individual development activities

Continuously assess Julius Baer’s change journey and adjust actions to reach outcomes

5+ years in change management and managing a cultural/mindset shift as part of large-scale transformation

Ability to work with communication teams and tools to enable the change

Experience in transforming organisations at scale, including all aspects of transforming an organisation in excess of 1,000 individuals

Experience in designing a change roadmap and in orchestrating change initiatives and actions

Experience in planning, implementing and managing transformation change and communication plans

Understanding of common agile frameworks, e.g. Agile at Scale, SAFe, Nexus

Strong senior stakeholder management skills

Excellent team-working and influencing ability

Team-building skills

Strong personality with good organisational and operational skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German, French and other languages is an advantage
