Your daily business in this position is to deal with the risk-oriented analysis of enterprises during M&A transactions. Together with your international and diverse team you create value for all involved stakeholders and tackle challenges.
Your contribution to KPMG
Organization and execution of sell- and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects
Management and coordination of project teams as well as coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members
Close cooperation with our internal consultants from tax, valuations and pension as well as internal and external lawyers and representatives of investment banks
Preparation of client presentations and proposals as well as holding presentations at the client offices or in front of their consultants.
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in transaction services, audit, financial consulting or controlling of an international firm; ideally combined with first experience in M&A transactions and Big4 exposure
Analytical style of work, extended problem-solving skills and affinity for reporting topics
Quick to grasp and learn new things and translate these into actions
Not afraid to take on responsibility, able to handle pressure combined with a high degree of flexibility
Communicative personality as well as very good English and ideally German language skills; French and other languages are a plus
