We are looking for you as Assurance/Financial Advisory Manager in Zurich.
The opportunity
As an Assurance/Financial Advisory Manager you will have the unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the challenging international accounting of banks and financial services providers and to establish interesting relationships at the highest level. Depending on the audit or advisory mandate, you will be able to contribute, broaden and deepen your knowledge from different perspectives.
Your key responsibilities
As an Assurance/Financial Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for both advisory and audit projects in the field of international accounting for banks and financial service providers.
Together with the partner in charge, you will be responsible for reporting the results to the board of directors, the executive board and, if necessary, FINMA.
You are one of the central contacts for clients and continuously deepen client relationships.
You lead a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the professional leadership of your team members. Through your on-the-job coaching, you make a significant contribution to the further training of your team members.
Together with your team, you drive the digitalisation of the audit on-site at the client’s premises and thus ensure an efficient and value-added advisory and audit service.
High interest in complex issues in international accounting and enjoy working with accounting standards and/or relevant publications.

You appreciate dealing with other people – be it directly with our clients or with your future team colleagues.
You feel comfortable in an international environment and can express yourself effortlessly in written and spoken English. Appropriate knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
Successful completion of training as a Swiss certified public accountant or an international equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CPA of EU countries) is an advantage.
Professional experience with auditing firms or in accounting policy departments of large banks/financial service providers is an advantage.
