BPM Engineer / Senior Appian Developer

Job Overview

Design and implementation of Appian solutions that meet the business needs;

Collaboration with the business stakeholders to gather and document requirements;

Manage the integration of data from around the firm into Appian;

Assist with planning of strategic, tactical and operational initiatives and develop short- and long-term roadmaps;

Be a hands-on sparring partner and the go-to person for Appian topics;

Second-level support responsibility for Appian solution.

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent;

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in BPM in a comparable role as Engineer/Developer with focus on Appian; first experience in Process modelling is of advantage;

Experience within financial industry, especially in asset management is of advantage;

Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage;

Very good communication skills suited for all levels of the organization;

Team player with the ability to work independently;

Fluent in English; German is of advantage.
