Strategic brand management across disciplines
Support the definition and execution of the governance and standards to enhance cross-regional and –divisional collaboration
Align regional marketing strategies and efforts to brand; define and execute suitable tools and formats to facilitate collaboration, across Regions and Divisions in brand matters (e.g. driving the strategic agenda, organizing workshops, coordination meetings)
Conduct market research on our brand, understand global trends and report on outcomes in a condensed and easy understandable way
Define KPIs and measure the impact and conversion of brand communication efforts
Identify improvements, trends and advancements that can be integrated back into the brand strategy
Prepare recommendations and presentations to various stakeholders including senior management
Actively support the Head of Brand Management in all kind of strategic and operational tasks
Experience across services and consumer industries (premium brands, B2B and B2C) with discerning and sophisticated customers
In-depth understanding of branding disciplines and deliverables (brand positioning / architecture, messaging, brand experience, brand measurement and research)
Excellent communicator, experienced in running workshops with diverse teams, driving results
Strong analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Digitally savvy
Open, assertive, team-oriented person with a friendly, service- and front oriented spirit
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English and German (written and spoken) is a must, other languages a plus
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to create appealing and easy understandable presentations, reports, templates etc.
