Job Overview
You’ll work mainly (80% of your time) with PowerPoint and Word to create, edit and format business presentations and reports in our corporate design templates/formats.
You’ll work with InDesign to create, edit, and format printed material (proposals, flyers, invitations, etc.).
You’ll also work with Photoshop to prepare images in different formats for various documents.
You’ll work on a wide range of topics as a member of a diverse team.
You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and are tech savvy.
You have an eye for detail and for the graphic consistency of documents, and deliver high-quality results with a minimum of errors even in hectic situations.
You’re ready to learn our corporate design and follow our corporate design guidelines.
You take responsibility and are used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting project deadlines and fulfilling your daily tasks. You work independently in a focussed and precise manner.
You’re persistent and able to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
You have a positive attitude; you’re flexible, willing to learn and curious.
You’re very service-oriented, committed and positive, with high social skills and the ability to work diligently and as part of a team.
Your mother tongue is German, French or English and you have very good knowledge of the other language.
