assessing new and existing counterparties from an ACB perspective
providing advice on and negotiating ACB clauses
monitoring and analysing regulatory changes/updates from various authorities
working on the development and implementation of ACB policies, procedures, tools and systems controls
reviewing and enhancing existing ACB policies, presentations, manuals and training material
providing ACB training to the business and Compliance team members globally
ensuring that ACB materials are devised in accordance with best practice
working with team subject matter experts on various projects, supporting other team members and acting as an escalation point
At least 5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer; ACB advisory experience/investigations would be an advantage
In-house experience is desirable
Fluent in English; Spanish language skills would be a bonus, but not essential
Experience in working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
Experience in managing teams
