Job Overview
The main tasks and responsibilities include
Administer all global digital compliance trainings on Glencore LMS. This includes setting up and testing courses and curricula (in all Glencore languages), creating learning assignments, setting up and reconciling training audiences, and building and analysing training reports and dashboards
Develop and continuously maintain standard operating procedures/manuals for key LMS functionalities and processes
Develop and continuously maintain user instructions/FAQs (in various languages) and guides/reference materials for compliance personnel on relevant LMS functionality and processes
Regularly train compliance personnel globally on LMS functions and training processes relevant to them
Coordinate closely with regional compliance personnel on training roll-out preparation, communications and timelines
Create, update and launch training effectiveness surveys (in various languages) and report on insights and feedback received from audiences
Work closely with IT team on LMS set-up, technical troubleshooting/issue resolution and user support
Oversee HR’s employee data updates and update data within the LMS for each training assignment
Work with external digital training providers to co-brand or correct errors in digital courses
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High attention to detail, strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to identify, resolve and/or escalate issues as appropriate, proactive approach
Strong team player accustomed to collaborating with stakeholders across functions (IT, HR) and locations
Qualifications and requirements:
3+ years’ experience working with an LMS (e.g. Cornerstone, SAP Success Factors, Workday LMS)
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel
Experience working with project management/ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) is helpful
Experience developing and delivering training
Tech affinity and ability to quickly understand new systems and system interaction
Fluent (Level C+) or native English, both written and spoken
Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
