Compliance Department

Our Compliance team is moving into an exciting new phase and in this new role, you will have the opportunity to play an important part in its development and growth with your expertise having a real impact on our data protection and information governance programme.

The main tasks and responsibilities include

Support the implementation of our information governance programme, including ensuring compliance with data protection laws in all jurisdictions we operate

Advise on data protection matters and analyse and improve existing processes while complying with data protection requirements

Develop and deliver data protection and information governance trainings

Support development and renewal of company standards and procedures on information governance (specifically data protection and data retention)

Support or lead challenging global projects on information governance and data protection

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree; preferably in law, economics, compliance, data protection, computer science or information management (ideally with postgraduate training on that topic)

3-5 years of relevant work experience; ideally with a focus on data protection or information governance

Global experience is desirable

Keen interest in technology and strong understanding of digital environment

Experience in project management

Basic understanding of the commodity industry

Strong MS Office skills (e.g., Teams, Project) and affinity for IT and new IT applications

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
