The role
Supporting managers with various administrative tasks for ongoing projects
Organization of meetings, conferences, events, etc. and arranging and coordinating conference schedules
Carrying out travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements and hotel bookings for the department and for visitors as required
Prepare monthly reports
General administrative duties
Process incoming/outgoing telephone calls
Driven and flexible working style
Efficient and well-organized working skills
Can-do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
A good team player with an independent, flexible work attitude and discrete behavior
Advanced know-how of using MS Office tools (especially Word and PowerPoint)
Able to work in a dynamic, as well as entrepreneurial and performance driven environment
Minimum requirements:
A solid educational background
Sound experience working as an Assistant in an international and multicultural environment
Advanced English (corporate language) and German (min. B1), a good understanding of any other language is an asset
Current SWISS B/C Permit or passport holder of EU
