Job Overview
Being guided by our broader corporate strategy, and a constantly changing regulatory landscape, you will contribute to new and innovative product initiatives as well as help maintain and further develop our existing suite of products.
This role will see you;
Design and implement structuring solutions globally to meet the specific investment, legal, regulatory and tax needs of our clients;
Contribute to a diverse range of projects which impact our comingled investment funds, dedicated client mandates, managed accounts, SPVs and other investment vehicles;
Manage external counterparties such as law firms, lenders, brokerage firms and service providers by negotiating commercial and legal agreements and other contracts;
Coordinate with a wide range of internal teams such as investment management, client relationship management, middle-office, risk & compliance and legal.
University graduate in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Natural Sciences;
Excellent academic credentials especially in technically demanding subjects or courses;
Ideally 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
Analytical mindset with outstanding problem solving skills;
Strong communicator who is able to explain and discuss complex ideas and concepts clearly and succinctly with a broad audience;
Complete and confident fluency in written and spoken English.
Past candidates who have excelled in this role have tended to have a technical background in one or more of the following:
Strategy, management or economic consulting;
Corporate and investment banking or advisory;
Asset and investment management;
Policy and/or regulatory design and development.
