Job Overview
Issue management in daily operations and coordination of technical maintenance for HR applications with focus on PeopleSoft, Metastorm and iManage, in collaboration with the IT department and SuperUsers
Performing system tests after technical maintenance/updates of applications in collaboration with the IT department, third party providers and SuperUsers
Perform changes to the setup of PeopleSoft and manage access rights
Continuous optimization of HR applications, formulation of requirements together with IT Business Analysts
Management and implementation of HR IT (sub-) projects
Management and coordination of external developers as well as collaboration with the business application support team
Creation of process documentation
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a large company – Experience in HR applications – preferably PeopleSoft
In-depth understanding of HR processes, especially payroll
Experience in a SQL based environment and technical understanding of the complex interrelationships of database and application architecture
Resilient and open person with a high degree of independence, analytical skills and complex problem solving skills
Highly engaged, motivated and happy to go the extra mile
Proficient German and English skills
