As the IT Experience Owner for WS IT you will:

Act as the service owner for various Workplace Services (WS) IT applications

Be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting WS IT applications and platforms

Consult internally focused customers by participating in their project activities and enabling them to meet their objectives

Ensure that Zurich IT security standards are adhered with regards to WS IT applications and platforms

Work closely with the Head of Workplace Services IT and Smart Building to support innovative projects across the organization

Shape the end-user experience by providing innovative approaches to designing internally used applications

Lead and manage projects with different stakeholders

Implement smaller projects in a Microsoft365 environment

Work location is Zürich with travel required up to 5%.

Requirements

As the IT Experience Owner your skills and experience will ideally include:

Project- / Change-Management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Windows Server and Client Administration in an Active Directory environment (Azure)

Network Technology

Programming skills (VBA, C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript)

Passion for UX/UI

Solution oriented and pro-active working style

German and English skills necessary
