Job Overview
Research, design and implement security solutions for all managed components within LGT Capital Partner’s infrastructure;
Ensure that security is factored in the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration process of hardware and software;
Identify and define system security requirements that comply with all applicable security policies and standards;
Develop technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks;
Assist in the review and update of cyber security policies, architectures and standards;
Assist in responding to audits, penetration tests and vulnerability assessments;
Examine infrastructure logs to determine trends and identify security incidents;
Write technical documentations;
Strongly liaise with the Security Operations Center;
Act as a Subject Matter Expert within virtual teams like the CSIRT or Security Team;
Take over service ownership of security-related products like the endpoint security solution.
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Azure Identity Protection);
Proven experience with Microsoft Cloud Security Solutions (Defender 365, Defender for Endpoints, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Cloud App Security, Azure Sentinel);
Strong knowledge of common IT security vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques;
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Has the ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles in the company;
Has good judgment, a sense of urgency and has demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
