RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and customization of complex workflows using CA Automic Workload Automation (UC4)
Processing of service requests for Job Scheduling and Automation
Consulting service owners as a CA Automic Workload Automation specialist
Lead and work together with all release-train stakeholders to deliver monthly software releases
Processing of incident tickets from the automation environment according to ITIL standards
Work for national and international projects to automate their business processes by Automation according to the Change Management requirements
Ongoing Quality control according to our Rules & Guidelines
Experience in Automic Automation (V12.3)
Experience in Host (OPC) in advantages
Experience in Technologies Unix, Shell, Java,PS, Phyton and Shell Scripting in advantage
Quick perception and willingness to learn
Reliable person who likes to take responsibility
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic team with high flexiblity
Structured and analytical thinking skills with a goal-oriented personality
Good understanding of IT Operation and their processes
Skills and expertise in modern IT methodologies and tools such as SAFe, SCRUM, ITIL etc.
Willingness for calls on duty on weekends
Proficient in spoken and written German and English
