Job Overview
Taking ownership of technical support issues and seeing them through to resolution (Jira, Confluence)
Working with product manager, site administrators and business users to identify issues and elicit supporting information as needed
Working with both QA and vendor technical support teams to reproduce the issue and resolve it
Communicating with users or the product team throughout the process
Documenting system architecture and tools

The minimum requirements are:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering software solutions, consulting or supporting the related technologies as listed within this job description
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent)
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to work well independently and as part of a global team
