Basic analytical tasks (e.g. collecting and reconciling data, ensuring accuracy of data)
Statistical analysis of relevant risk measures and result presentation
Ad-hoc reporting/analysis as required by Senior Management
Maintenance and support of existing reporting systems/processes and the implementation of further required developments
Recent graduate, preferred areas of study are economics, finance, statistics, or mathematics
Background in MtM valuation and risk measurement methodologies such as VaR analysis and stress testing is preferred
Strong communicator, comfortable liaising in English with own team and internal departments, any other language is advantageous in Glencore’s international environment
Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel/Powerpoint
Experience with VBA, and other programming languages such as Python/SQL is considered preferential
