Learning Management Technical Support Analyst (Cornerstone)

Job Overview
The successful candidate will perform service owner for the Cornerstone (CSOD) learning management system services. The person will perform coordination and technical work to support and manage the platform, integrations, custom data extraction feeds and 3rd party service providers as part of a small internal team supporting the service.

Delivering value to our stakeholders requires us to:

Elicit Requirements from various stakeholders (including liaising with content providers on behalf of business)

Documenting implementation and work items for internal external team members

Communicate thoroughly and effectively with internal and external stakeholder

Maintain and track issues, tasks with the team in an agile fashion (tracking in Jira with Service Management and Confluence)

Assist support team members on support topics, resolve ongoing technical problems
Coordinate technical work with external service provider

Working with site administrators and business users to identify issues and elicit supporting information as needed

Working with both QA and vendor technical support teams to reproduce the issue and resolve it

Help with the deployment and configuration of new courses

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies:

Cornerstone Platform (CSOD – administration, technical configuration, integration, assist with ticket resolution)

Scripting (Powershell, SQL, HTML, CSS, good with Excel)

Web technologies (basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST)

Atlassian toolset (Jira with Service Management, Confluence)

The minimum requirements are:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering software solutions, consulting or supporting the required technologies

A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)

Fluent written and spoken English

Ability to work well independently and as part of a global team
