The Job Opportunity
Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a young, dynamic, and multicultural team advising the CFO function of national and international clients in the areas of Digital Finance, Corporate Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management and Global Business Services
Take over ongoing engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) area
Actively develop and shape our PTP mid-market initiative
Operationally lead the Managed Services team which will be built around the PTP mid-market
Proactively manage and maintain client relationships and stay closely connected with industry thought leaders
Drive knowledge sharing and learning across the team to foster internal knowledge development
Responsibility for people development within the team, e.g. guide junior colleagues in their work and play a role in upskilling the team
Actively contribute to leading the change, shaping our culture and developing teaming as well as individuals withing the team
Look forward to a mentor-oriented corporate environment in which you can develop yourself and broaden your network
Successfully completed studies in economics, finance or a comparable course of study
5+ years’ experience in Procure-to-Pay (ideally focused on the downstream process – accounts payables)
Operational experience is a must
Technological drive with past involvement in / leadership of digital transformation initiatives within PTP. Knowledge of SAP FI & MM, procurement platforms (e.g. ARIBA), invoicing platforms (e.g. SAP VIM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and rigorous working methods
High motivation, objective driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in sales activities, e.g. proposal creation / business development, and understanding of business metrics
Network of relevant clients and thought leaders
Proven project management experience, with ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver complex and high-impact programs
Empathetic personality, excellent team leadership skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
