Job Overview

The following list represents the general responsibilities of Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Overall responsibility for defining and implementing access management controls, concepts, and practices aligning to corporate goals and directives for LGT Capital Partners in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM);

Support security and compliance (e.g., ISMS, GDPR, Regulatory) initiatives to increase security posture;

Closely collaborate with key IAM stakeholders including HR, IT Operations, Application Management, Data Owners, IT Security and IT GRC to define and implement processes that fulfill the needs and are efficient and adequately supported by technology;

Manage the team responsible for the administration, operational support, service delivery and product support for ClearSkye, the firm’s IAM and IGA solution built on ServiceNow;

Plan and organizes the day-to-day IAM operations;

Develops and implements policies and programs as necessary;

Manage and guide design, development, continuous improvement, support and maintenance of ClearSkye including provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, user access certification, privileged accounts, single sign on, etc. and act as escalation point for IAM and related processes, working with customers and stakeholders as needed to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;

Oversee maintenance of system configurations, process design documentation, operating procedures and process documentation;

Active engagement on IAM related audit matters (ISAE-3402, Regulatory Audit, Internal Audit), including management of audit response and implementation of recommendations and remediation tasks.

Several years of experience managing IAM processes;

Experience implementing and/or managing products and operations for Identity Governance Administration and Privileged Access;

Experience with ServiceNow and ClearSkye is a plus;

Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, entitlements and access recertification, password management, Role Based Access Control, Least Privilege, Self Service/Self Registration;

Familiar with Identity management related concepts, especially single sign-on (SSO), identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema (Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory);

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with independent, highly structured and goal-oriented working style;

Good communication skills (English must; German would be an advantage);

Experienced in dealing with different stakeholders;

Experience working in the financial industry is plus.
