You lead compensation projects with focus on design and implementation of long-term and short-term incentive plans, including executive compensation.
You further develop the compensation and benefits offering towards clients.
You support corporate transactions from compensation and benefits perspective by analyzing impacts on involved stakeholders, you work out solutions and prepare reports.
You actively support in client acquisition and targeting activities (including drafting and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives for our compensation consulting practice).
You develop and review client deliverables, such as presentations, reports, plan rules, memorandums, etc. together with the team.
You further enhance your deep technical know-how as well as your soft skills by means of on-and-off-the-job-trainings.
You have consulting and project management experience, including targeting activities and winning new work.
You pay attention to detail and quality, demonstrate initiative and are willing to take on responsibility as of day one.
You are comfortable working in German and English and you can use those languages in a professional environment.
You have strong analytical and writing skills and like to draft reports and presentations.
You are an open and curious person and like to be in contact with clients and colleagues.
