Job Overview
Your responsibilities include:
Provide team and key stakeholders support in the sourcing lifecycle – including daily sourcing, RFI, RFP, RFQ, research, vendor & solution evaluation, on-boarding, contract and supplier management;
Support implementation of the category strategies and roll-out of procurement systems & processes globally;
Prepare reports and presentations for decision makers, tracking, reporting and controlling of our procurement activities and projects;
Contribute further to a positive and motivating work environment.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably indirect spent, financial sector;
Interest in and strong affinity with technology, processes, project & change management;
Strong analytical skills with focus on details and high degree of quality;
Ability to work accurately under pressure;
Self-motivated and pro-active team player with independent working style;
Very good language skills in German, English.
