RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate and support various initiatives for Front Risk Management Americas
Lead small projects within Front Risk Management Americas
Help shape and execute Front Risk related topics such as setup, operation and maintenance of a consistent and effective Front Risk Management framework
Analyze KYC review processes for account openings and periodic reviews
Act as point of entry and coordinator between various stakeholders from front office, compliance, legal and many other stakeholders of the bank
Organize project meetings and prepare management slides for different boards
Monitor and track progress of key deliverables
Ad-hoc support for different business requests to support our front office
Work closely with senior management and align topics across divisions
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in the financial or consulting industry
Interest in Wealth Management & Risk topics
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proficient in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with senior management and to build trusted partnerships
Ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives
