Your tasks
• You will help to further expand our consulting services in the industrial sector in Switzerland.
• With your own initiative and active networking, you make a significant contribution to further develop our footprint in the industry.
• You will lead and develop projects in large global and medium-sized companies in the industrial sector in Switzerland.
• You advise our clients on complex strategic issues as well as transformations and performance improvement projects and you will leverage our deep capabilities in strategy, operations and technology.
• You will work in an interdisciplinary team of consultants, user experience and technology experts and you will inspire others in the team and help them grow professionally and personally.
• You bring an existing network with you, and your convincing demeanor makes you a competent discussion partner for our clients.
You have project experience in the areas of strategy, transformation and operational excellence, ideally also in the area of front office transformation.
• You have great communicative and analytical skills and enjoy managing complex projects and leading and developing a team on a personal and professional level.
• You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of German.
