Job content
We are looking for a motivated OpenText developer and administrator to join our team as we roll out advanced xECM capability to our business. Our current landscape is based on the OpenText xECM Platform and is integrated with various applications – further process and content automations are planned to further drive efficiencies for our trading business. We are excited to undertake this journey and hope to find a team member who is also excited about the possibilities of these technologies.

Strategic technology stack:

• OpenText xECM Platform 16.2.x

• Numerous customisations using WebReports, front-end customisations in JavaScript and some limited OScript and Java customisations

Delivering value to our stakeholders requires us to:

• Understanding business requirements and how best to apply the available technologies

• Build durable and maintainable integrations with OpenText technologies

• Focus on making the code clean and readable

• Collaborate with on-site domain experts on a regular basis for requirements clarification

Candidates who would excel in our environment:

• Have a minimum 5 years of professional OpenText experience (preferably certified Content Server developer)

• Have experience with developing in Java, JavaScript, WebReports and OScript

• Are educated to degree level (or equivalent)

• Have some basic business analysis experience and can communicate a solution proposal sufficiently to business stakeholders

• Have strong language skills – a high English standard is required; German is a plus
