Job Overview
Implement security reference architectures as part of the enterprise architecture repository
Generate security architecture views of organization’s IT assets to support planning of business and IT strategies
Participate in the design of new IT solutions as security SME
Design and implement security solutions for the organization
Assess existing system security measures, recommend enhancements, and monitor implementation
Proactively manage risk, plan, and perform continuous system tests
Monitor and guide updates and upgrades of the organization’s security systems
Lead and respond to any security-related issues and guide the generation and analysis of postmortem reports
Provide different engineering teams with guidance and supervision on the evaluation and selection of security related technologies and products
Align our organizations security practices, processes, and tools to KPMG parent strategy
Drive security awareness and training activities across the organization
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in information security and solution architecture
Extensive experience in the application of security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, identity access management etc.), security technology and security architecture patterns and frameworks
Secure By Design, DevSecOps, Compliance/Policy as Code and Reliability
Engineering mindset with good understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and related solution
Proven experience on IT solution analysis and design, thread modeling experience is a plus
Ability to conduct research on emerging security technologies
Strong communication skills to explain and facilitate the implementation of security measures
Analytical, problem-solving and risk management competences
Knowledge of Security Operations Management, GRC, ISO27XXX, practices and IT security control obligations is a plus
Experience (and pref. expertise) in cloud technology ecosystem, preferably MS Azure.
Solid spoken and written in English (German is a plus)

You will be a part of the business solutions delivery team for Business Support Services, which is executing various digital transformation initiatives within KPMG Switzerland. You will be working with internal and external teams to deliver these solutions.
