Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Financial Operations team include:

Support the inbound data processing team in Financial Operations with data processing and maintenance;

Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading);

Financial data analysis and input in accounting system;

Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents;

Combine documents received in PDF files;

Management of centralized email inboxes.

Requirements

Currently studying Economics or Finance at an early stage of a Bachelor’s degree and/or completed commercial education (i.e. Swiss KV degree);

Teamplayer, highly motivated;

Fast learner, diligent with attention to detail;

Good German and/or English skills.
