Job Overview
Preparation of board meeting documents and presentations;
Preparation of regulatory filings with supervisory authorities (e.g. CSSF) and business registers;
Ensuring that various databases are up to date;
Collecting reports from service providers and compiling documents;
Managing tracking sheets;
Preparation of legal documentation which accompanies the restructuring of Private Markets legal entities.
Proficient language skills in German and good level of English;
Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel and mail merge is a plus;
Having prior exposure to the financial industry is of advantage;
Good organizational skills with drive to improve internal processes;
Efficient and precise working style, focus on details;
Committed team-player;
Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
