Job content

Ensuring efficient processing of worldwide securities transfers free of payment for equities, bonds, structured products, and traditional funds

Responsible for the organization and monitoring of the daily business as well as resource allocation

Support clients and stakeholders in- and outside the bank

Monitor and mitigate processing risks and reconciliation breaks

Development and management of a team of up to eight employees

Target setting and periodic assessment of employee performance

Responsible for creating and maintaining manuals and workflow documentation

Participation in projects as subject matter expert and testing activities

Requirements

Banking apprenticeship or similar education

Several years of experience in securities settlement and delivery is a must

Management / Leadership experience

Strong affinity towards excellent service delivery

Reliable, efficient and accurate way of working and a resilient personality

Languages: fluent German and English are mandatory, other languages are an advantage
