Job Overview

• recording of documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees, documentary collections (and similar trade products) in various systems (data processing)

• facilitating / interfacing between our banks and our commercial departments (following up on pending transactions etc.)

• correct and timely distribution of documents and messages among all parties involved in our trade transactions

• handling of inquiries related to the above mentioned trade instruments, follow-up on issuance and settlement thereof

• work in close cooperation with other team members and our commercial departments

• ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

• service-oriented personality

• proficient level of both verbal and written English (other languages are desirable but not essential)

• good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Word

• basic knowledge of trade finance (nice to have, but no must)

Apart from above qualifications, we are looking for a personality that fits the existing team of fourteen trade finance colleagues.
