Management Level: Manager

Your Tasks

You are leading with your team leader colleagues a team of about 20 team members.

You are responsible to deliver high quality services to our internal clients.

You and your team are responsible for the first level how-to support and for data quality in our SAP 4/Hana and surrounding systems.

You make sure that the tickets are solved within the defined SLAs.

You are responsible for solving escalations from our internal clients.

You participate in and contribute to various local and global meetings.

You are in close contact with the Application Managers to support the application testing with your team and to understand release changes that will affect the team and internal stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in leading multi-tasking teams.

You preferably have experience with SAP 4/Hana, Replicon, Concur or Coupa.

You have worked in a global organization, and you know how to communicate on all levels.

You can work in a team with a culture that is open, caring and free and you are not afraid to ask for and give constructive feedback.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have a “can do” attitude and welcome new challenges.

You like working on multiple tasks in parallel and are ready to take on responsibility from day one.

You have the ability to understand and communicate the needs of your (internal) clients and you are willing to go the extra mile.

You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
