Job Overview
Plan, manage and execute client and employee events globally – whether virtual, physical or hybrid;
Position the Firm’s events as an integral part of its MarCom activities, including the management of pre- and post-event processes;
Coordinate sponsored conferences and fairs;
Utilize the firm’s event invitation platform and event app in collaboration with our marketing specialists;
Create a unique and differentiating client experience that delights and engages, conveying the company’s brand image;
Ensure consistency of LGT Capital Partners’ corporate design in all material.
Proven experience in event management/execution, preferably within the financial/asset management industry;
Working experience in an international environment;
Experience specifically in the new world of digital events;
Excellent verbal and written language skills both in English and German;
Exceptional organizational skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects, internal clients and budgets within deadlines;
Customer-oriented, open-minded, motivated and flexible personality with a high level of initiative.
