• Handling nominations
• Performing lay-time calculations
• Arranging hire payments and freight invoices
• Performing freight differentials
• Arranging bunker supplies for the vessels
• Checking stowage plans and optimizing cargo intake
• Monitoring profit and loss for all the vessels/cargoes
• Other duties and responsibilities as the Company may see fit
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written), any further language is an asset

• Is efficient, able to work under pressure, very well organized, detailed and comfortable in using IT applications (MS Office)
• Has the ability to integrate into and to work well in a multicultural team and fast-pace environment
• Has an independent, flexible and entrepreneurial work attitude and high motivation to solve problems
• Is self-motivated and willing to take over responsibilities
