Job Overview
The post trade processing specialist is responsible for the timely processing and settlement of trades in the domestic and/or international markets. As part of the post trade processing team risk items are monitored and addressed appropriately. The job rotation within the team offers flexibility and variety in the day to day duties. Whilst working in the daily business the specialist leverages his or her know how in post trade processing to continuously develop ideas to improve processes in collaboration with the team and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the timely processing of trades and settlements in the market for equities, fixed income, structured products and funds transactions

Identifying and managing risk items in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders

Registration, deregistration and reconciliation of Swiss registered shares

Various reconciliation and reporting duties with regards to internal accounts and Swiss stamp d

Apprenticeship in Banking or similar education

Experience in the area of trade processing and settlement

Affinity for process analysis and improvements.

Risk management in the area of trade processing and settlement

Good communication skills

Fluent in German and English
