The business analyst builds and maintains a change portfolio for the Department Securities in collaboration with the area head and the department heads. He or she is responsible to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities. The resource manages the business life cycle (definition of requirements, support of developers, testing and implementation) of projects, small IT orders or improvement measures

RESPONSIBILITIES

Builds a change portfolio and an implementation plan for 1 -3 years

Leads or supports pre studies, process analysis and projects

Builds a test case repository and supports the teams with testing activities

Reviews and improves KPI with the goal to improve production planning

Supports the business in special cases requiring data analysis

Takes over the business responsibility for IT applications

Requirements

Apprenticeship in Banking with / or higher education

Several years of experience in Banking, preferably in the area of Securities processing

Proven track record in the role as Business analyst

Experience Good process and product know how with regards to equities, fixed income, structured products, funds, derivatives

Affinity for process analysis and change management

Basic skills in database analytics

Good communication skills

Fluent in German and English
