RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Head of Risk Management in meeting regular commitments and ad-hoc deliverables
Assume coordination function for department wide activities and topics as well as for internal and external audits and for the yearly Risk Landscape
Support the budgeting process and perform department-wide cost controlling
Prepare regular and ad-hoc presentations and reports for the executive board and the board of directors
Act as a representative for Risk Management in committees where appropriate
Contribute to the strategic vision for the Risk Management department
Organise workshops, events, and visits and take minutes in the monthly management committee meeting
Projects and initiatives
Take over the project lead for initiatives under the responsibility of the Head Risk Management; operationalize such initiatives
Further drive ongoing initiatives and be ready to start new initiatives/projects (incl. concept, communication, execution, reporting, and transition to run-the-bank) whenever necessary
Build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the bank (Front Business Manager/Front Risk Manager, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, willing to take responsibility
Able to critically scrutinize numbers, statements and explanations, able to oversee complexity
Hands-on and “get-things-done” personality

Able to negotiate or design pragmatic and yet effective solutions
Professional and Technical:
University degree or equivalent.
Experience in project management in the financial industry or consulting
Experience in Risk Management/CRO-area is a plus
Fluency in German and English, any further language is an advantage
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
MS Access and VBA skills are an asset
