Job Overview

Responsibility for client onboarding of mandates and funds in Liquid Markets (i.e. multi-asset, sustainable equity and fixed income, liquid alternatives);The client onboarding requires close interaction with our colleagues of the international business development team and their institutional clients, distribution partners and platforms to ensure an outstanding client experience;

Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as business development, investment operations, structuring and service providers to deliver a successful onboarding;

Go-to person for our business development team for client requests and proactive management of these requests.

University degree or equivalent in business administration;At least three years working experience in client onboarding role in asset management or fund administration;

Competence in Liquid Market products;

Strong client focus;

Experience in project management and willingness to take ownership and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders;

Very good command of German and English as must (additional languages a plus);

Hands-on approach and proven team player.
