Monitor/project manage that items in the planner are on track, and where not, escalate accordingly.
Train and provide day-to-day guidance to the Compliance Training Administrators.
Build curriculums in the Cornerstone LMS for all global compliance trainings.
Develop and deliver training for Compliance Coordinators and Regional Compliance Officers globally on admin functionalities within the LMS platform.
Coordinate the testing of digital Compliance courses in the Cornerstone LMS with Regional Compliance Officers and Compliance Coordinators globally.
Regularly communicate timelines for training roll-outs/key milestones hosted on the LMS to the Regional Compliance Officers and Compliance Coordinators globally.
Work closely with the IT Corporate Apps Support team to accommodate local branding requirements for digital courses hosted on the LMS and local branding of the LMS itself.
Work with external e-Learning providers on changes to digital courses due to branding requirements or corrections required which come out of the digital course testing phase.
Field incoming questions from key internal stakeholders such as IT and HR on Compliance’s Annual Compliance Training process, training branding requirements, etc.
2+ years project management experience (on large scale global projects)
A passion/interest for training and working with tools and systems
Strong organization skills, quick learner and high attention to detail
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and C2 or native English speaker
Team player with a pro-active attitude, but also able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
