Job Overview
Your key responsibilities:
• Developing, reviewing and refreshing compliance classroom and digital training and awareness materials (on topics such as Anti-Corruption and Bribery, Conflicts of Interest, Sanctions, Competition Law, Data Protection), in collaboration with Compliance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Reviewing off the shelf compliance digital trainings from various external vendors and making recommendations to SMEs regarding the purchase of said courses
• Refreshing the annual Code of Conduct digital training with external vendors and project managing all internal stakeholders involved in the refreshing of this training
• Developing agendas and developing and reviewing the content of presentations for large compliance events (Ethics and Compliance Days, Compliance Summit, Group Compliance meetings)
• Supporting the preparation of presentations about the Ethics and Compliance programme to the Board and other management committees
• Developing and deploying training and awareness effectiveness surveys
• Generating updates/enhancements to Glencore’s Ethics and Compliance App
• Support in maintaining and creating content for the Compliance page and community on Glencore’s intranet
• Revising existing policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in accordance with the policy governance review cycle
• Explore for expanding the training offerings for our local Compliance Coordinators globally
• Ensuring that compliance training and awareness materials are devised in accordance with best practice
• At least 5 years of experience working in a compliance training and/or compliance policy development role; work experience in a large multinational corporation would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (native or C2 level)
• Experience in working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
