The Corporate HSEC Reporting Coordinator provides support to the Health, Safety, Environment Community and Human Rights (HSEC) department in the field of corporate HSEC and Human Rights reporting as well as assurance requirements.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Acting as an ambassador for HSEC programs and articulating the business value these deliver

• Engaging with the business regarding data collection, analysis and assurance mechanisms in place

• Maintaining and managing the Glencore Corporate Sustainable Development Database (GCP) including set up of database framework, User Acceptance Testing, improvement of user functionality

• Maintain climate change reporting

• Internal HSEC and Human Rights reporting such as coordination of Monthly Management Report, Monthly SD Leads Presentation, HSEC Performance Report for Glencore management and business

• External HSEC and Human Rights reporting including the coordination of HSEC data with internal stakeholders for the Glencore Annual Report and Glencore Sustainability Report

• Supporting HSEC assurance activities such as design and execution of the corporate assurance program

• Data analysis, specifically of health and safety data

• Degree in a field of sustainability (environmental, social), engineering or related discipline

• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in the area of sustainability reporting and assurance

• Minimum of 2 years operational/regional experience in development of systems documentation, including standards and procedures

• Strong ability in using basic business IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience with Enablon software is preferred

The ideal candidate:

• Is proficient in sustainability procedures and their practical application

• Is fluent in English, any other language such as French, German or Spanish is considered a great asset

• Has strong planning, organizational, communicative skills and capabilities in setting priorities
