What you will do
Own, design and develop an expense efficiency model for the Group whose output can be translated into efficiency targets for regions and countries
Provide finance advice and accountability required to manage the business to achieve plan targets
Connect the dots between financial information, operational KPIs and business issues to create actionable business and finance insights
Work closely with data and analysis team to create new visualizations of expense information, accelerate the pace of analysis and providing meaningful and timely information for management decision making
Own and develop the Expense Framework within the EPM Project and secure the IFRS 17 transition
Contribute to Group Expense Management as a Senior member of the team
Work location is Zürich, Switzerland.
Preferred: Leadership experience in multiple functional areas and/or in a business unit
Strong analytical skills and ability to abstract from detailed analysis to high level trends and conclusions
Ability to form networks across functions and business units and foster collaborative efforts
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), other languages are beneficial
