Job Overview
Ensure timely payments and smooth invoice process
Maintain counter party record including KYC
Record and update freight rates
Close collaboration with accounting and logistics team
Assist the Chartering Team on other administrative tasks
2 – 4 years of working experience, ideally in commodity export/logistics
excellent English skills (spoken and written), further languages are of advantage

good know-how in using IT applications (MS Office, Business Objects)
