RESPONSIBILITIES
Service ownership and application responsibility for Front Arena Prime and Omni
Assist your stakeholders in Structured Products Sales & Trading, Execution, Risk Office, Mid- and Backoffice.
Enhance and adapt the environment. Actively participate in different alignment and planning meetings, such as PI planning and sprint sessions as well as classical project meetings.
Maintain the environment in a DevOps mode. Keep components updated, monitor the system behaviour, ensure security and availability, advise for improvements.
Manage communication to the 3rd party application vendors. Act in the favour of Bank Julius Baer and represent the bank in direct meetings.
Place and follow up requirements, escalate problems if needed. Assure compliance with the licensing models and govern contracts.
Monitor announcements from the exchanges and vendors. Plan and act accordingly to keep your applications and interfaces in line with external requirements.
Leading two teams of internal and external specialists. Set working directives, empower employees in their daily work, develop people and plan careers, settle contracts for external employees and demonstrate our core values “Care, Passion and Excellence”
Good command of financial products. Sound understanding of quoting, orderflow and trade processing mechanisms.
Comprehensive know how in Front Arena user interfaces Omni and Prime, including server components ADS, AMAS, AMB and others.
Skills and expertise in modern IT methodologies and tools: Agile, SAFe, GIT, continuous testing are not only buzzwords to you.
Strong communication skills to deal with our stakeholders on different management levels.
Stay on top of stressful situations, coordinate and delegate wisely
Proficient in English and German (oral and written)
