Job Overview
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of the monthly consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS
• Assist in the review and preparation of the Glencore Group’s internal financial reporting and external financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly business unit management reports
• Analysing new transactions, concluding and documenting the appropriate accounting treatment under
IFRS and ensuring its application
• Preparation and analysis of additional adhoc reports and requests
• Assist in the implementation, compliance, and expansion of the internal control system
• Professionally recognised accounting designations (CPA, CA or similar qualification)
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS
• Solid Group reporting and consolidation knowledge
• Advanced English language ability, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office
