Job Overview
As a member of a small team, the Business Analyst takes over different system related tasks of the business department. He/she is gathering and analyzing business user requirements, and configures the system accordingly.

Your tasks:

• Being part of the HRIS support team, focused on Workday

• Configure Workday to accommodate business needs

• Providing professional first and second level support with high service orientation

Your experience/skills:

• Background in configuration of HRIS functional or technical areas

• Working experience in analyzing and designing HR processes

• Competency in reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel

• Know-how of analyzing, designing and configuring software along with a strong client and quality orientation

• Eager to learn and grow into the Business Analyst position

• Workday knowledge is a plus

• Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

We are looking for candidates with:

• A high school diploma

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

The ideal candidate is a team player with an interdisciplinary thinking and solution-oriented working attitude. Efficient and well organized working and negotiation skills as well as a good communication are a key to success.
