Job Overview

The Private Markets financial operations team is looking for an experienced candidate to lead the Investor Reporting team. The Investor Reporting team focuses on servicing investors and internal stakeholders with fund related information and contribute to the overall investor experience. Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their passion for top-notch client service combined with financial and regulatory reporting knowledge and experience, while directly contributing to the firm’s success.

Own and manage the timely and accurate completion and delivery of internal and external requests for fund financial information and regulatory reporting;

Lead and manage a team of two within the Investor Fund Reporting team, build and develop team members including reviews and appraisal;

Keep informed of fund regulatory updates impacting reporting;

Coordinate, oversee and review work delivered from external regulatory reporting service providers;

Lead and coordinate fund regulatory audits;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and deliverables.

Accounting or finance degree or equivalent qualification;

Strong working experience with MS office, with focus on Excel and
Outlook, prior working experience with Investran a plus;

Solid understanding of private equity, preferably in operations gained from accounting or controlling or fund audit experience;

Experienced in management or coordination of small teams;

Deliver in an environment with high expectations and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;

Possess unwavering attention to detail, completing all tasks in a thorough and conscientious manner;

Exude professionalism with strong interpersonal skills;

Build and maintain strong cross team relationships;

Manage your time well, adapting to dynamic situations and priorities;

Fluency in English a must, fluency in German an asset.
