Job Overview
The IT Service Owner for CLM/PCM (Client Lifecycle Management / Partner Client Management) ensures the stable operations and continuous maintainability of the IT Service containing several self-developed CLM applications. He is consulting the Product Owner to ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreement, the Development Teams to ensure operational-readiness and maintainability of the implemented applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Change the Bank:

Promoting and in parts implementation of non-functional requirements to IT Service in order to improve operations, increase service levels, reduce cost (corrective, adaptive, perfective and preventive) -> Risk reduction

Drive operational governance and be able to escalate in a management conform way

Environment management, setup of deployment automation, continuous integration -> Continous Delivery

Coordination of deployments into test and prod environments

Provide Go / No Go recommendation for IT Service Changes (Deployment) from IT Service Operation Point of view

Management of burn-in phase in collaboration with product owner

Project documentation review and approval (Operation Manual, DR concept etc)

Run the Bank:

Monitoring and improvement of system performance and availability (SLA, OLA)

Coordinating and in parts handling of 3rd level support incidents and requests

Ensure that 1st and 2nd Level Support is established

Lifecycle planning and management within IT Service Roadmap

Maintain IT Documentation and particularly review and approve system/service documentation and operations manuals

Provide ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and organize Disaster Recovery tests

Certified knowledge for Run the Bank (ITIL / DevOps / Service Management and Operational Process) or Change the Bank (SAFe)

Bachelor or Masters Degree in computer science (Uni/ETH/FH)

Proficient in English and at least willingness to learn or improve German

Understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (onboarding, client data management, offboarding) and related regulatory topics in the banking industry

Experience in application management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation) and enforcing mature and stable application operation in an environment, where agile projects still extend the application under high pressure

Strong in communication and coordination within an agile organization (SAFe)

Understanding of software development/ customization processes based on Java, Oracle tech stack

Entrepreneurial spirit, being a creative and reliable person with the ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative, self-dependent
