Job Overview
The team’s focus is the execution of strategic initiatives, replacement and introduction of new tools and platforms and design of new scalable solutions to serve our clients’ needs:
Be an active part in a major, multi-year business and technology transformation to replace and upgrade the core private markets applications;
Design and jointly re-engineer key business processes with different stakeholders on business and IT side;
Conduct requirement analysis and detailed gap assessments on a wide range of topics across the company;
Write test cases, organize and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
Support in project management activities, such as organizing workshops with SMEs, overseeing IT delivery, preparing status reports and resource & work planning;
Define and present conceptual approaches (orally and in writing), prepare solution options and required decisions, and document results;
Closely work with IT counterparts to bridge between business and technology teams;
Train business users on rolled-out tools, push for adoption and support the entire change management process.
First working experience of business analysis in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a similar hands-on role at the interface between Business and IT;
Motivation to work on own initiative and in collaboration with various stakeholders, ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions as well as process information quickly;
Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results;
Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization;
Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English, German is a plus.
